When you connect your Instagram account, we access your Instagram profile information including your username, follower count, engagement metrics, reach, and content insights through the Instagram Graph API, with your explicit permission.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to operate our platform, display your creator profile to brands, show relevant collaboration opportunities, and improve our services. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Instagram Data

We access Instagram data solely to display creator statistics to brands on our platform. We store Instagram access tokens securely using AES-256 encryption. You can disconnect your Instagram account at any time from your profile settings, which will remove our access to your Instagram data.

Our use of Instagram data complies with Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us at the email below. We will process your request within 30 days.

7. Data Deletion

To request deletion of all your data, email us at privacy@collabspace.in with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". We will permanently delete all your data within 30 days of receiving your request.

8. Third Party Services

Our platform integrates with Instagram via the Meta Graph API. Your use of Instagram is governed by Meta's own Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. We also use Cloudinary for image storage and MongoDB Atlas for database services.

9. Cookies

We use only essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
